Registration Instructions

Registration for AOCMP2015 and associated social events can only be made online through the conference website system.

Online registration closes on Nov.5, 2015. After this date, registration will be available on site (Kempinski Hotel Xi'an) .

Participants are encouraged to register before the deadline for Pre-registration (Sep. 30, 2015) to receive the Pre-registration discount. Please read carefully the registration guidelines below.

The above registration fees for delegates include the Pre congress, Lunchbox & tea breaks, Reception and Congress Dinner.

Students are requested to present a student certificate verifying their status with the Secretariat during registration onsite.

Methods of Payment

The registration for participants attending the AOCMP 2015 will not be confirmed until the payment has been received. The ways for Payments may be made via bank transfer to the following account:

Notice:

When filling in the transfer form, please kindly write down your name and “AOCMP2015” in the remark column; this will help the Congress Secretariat tracking your payment.

A copy of the bank receipt should be e-mailed to the Congress Secretariat (aocmp2015@163.com) together with your name and affiliated information.

Bank transmission fees have to be paid by the transmitter.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation must be submitted in a written form by e-mail to the Congress Secretariat. You are eligible to have the following refunds back based on the cancellation time.

Before August 31st, 2015 - 75% of total fees can be refund.

Before September 30th, 2015 - 50% of total fees can be refund.

After October 10th, 2015, there will be NO REFUNDS.

2015/10/10之后，不退。
